I'm fundraising to help create a brighter future for disadvantaged kids in remote Bali communities

This will be my 3rd year running 84kms across Bali overnight.

Sure its a tough night, why do it again you ask? 

First and foremost, is because I 100?solutely believe in this organisation and I have seen the difference its made and the bright future that the Bali Children’s Foundation has created over my time being involved in this amazing event.

If you’re visiting my page then I’m going to assume that you love Bali and understand the need for education and how it shapes us to overcome life’s challenges. No doubt you have travelled here and have had an amazing holiday experience in your favourite tourist destination. However, what many don’t realise, is that literally running distance from our favourite, crowded and popular tourist centres are many really poor communities who are completely disconnected from the tourist industry, and really get left behind. It is the schools in these communities, that your donation, and my efforts, will be supporting. 

These kids families well and truly live below the poverty line. With these kids simply going to school (something we have all taken for granted at some point in our lives), their future household income can progress from the equivalent $50 AUD a month to $500 AUD, they then go on to teach their younger siblings the skills they have learnt, which allows them to get a head start, and work in industries that pay them a reasonable wage, so as you can imagine, the snowball effect and legacy for years to come is absolutely massive. 

And how good is it that I get to do something that I love to help create this change through your generosity.

Every cent counts, and every cent goes directly to the Bali Children’s Foundation, a charity with an Australian ABN, making donations tax deductible.
