Last week was epic! Final long run done for Bali! 5 hours 54 minutes for 50km & 2000m, a whole 50 minute PB for me on the course. Feel in the prime of my life. Gratitude.

Hi all,

93 days, this race will come around quickly and I just want to check in and give you all a massive thank you for your generous donations.

Training has been going fantastic. My weight is the lowest it’s ever been in my adult life and I feel in pristine racing condition. I can’t stop visualising the race in my intense sauna sessions. The mileage is clocking up nicely and my confidence is sky high. 

My parents and godparents have just booked flights to Bali, and this has injected me with even more unwillingness to fail, this will be my families first time witnessing me participate in a marathon or ultra so this is huge for me. 

The first Irishman to run across Bali, Indonesia, a London Irish born Cork man, legacy stuff and I love it all.

How could you not donate to this, and the fact all of this money is going to a 20+ year award winning foundation with an unbelievable track record. I’m so proud to be representing the Bali Hope Foundation and feel this alignment is going to be a permanent one in the years to come.
