I'm fundraising for The Bali Hope Ultra Marathon
I believe in the power of displays of human spirit to bring hope to others. I believe in the power of the human spirit to create change. I believe in the power of running to develop and demonstrate human spirit.
To bring action to these beliefs, I am running 84km overnight coast-to-coast across Bali to help lift-up a disadvantaged community in Bali with the award-winning Bali Children Foundation. Please support me by donating.
$220 puts an elementary school child through a scholarship for one year.
$100 provides food support and essential vitamins for a malnourished child for 3 months.

Let the prep begin
Tuesday 16th Jan
Initially, i didn't plan to prep until about 8 weeks out, but I realised that's only giving a halfway effort. Despite being fit enough to complete to run right now, I don't just want to complete it. I want to give it my all and run it as fast as I can. I want to push myself and devote myself fully to the run. Because this cause, these children, they deserve my everything. There may also be a course record to give a whirl.
As I commit myself to the run, I ask for your help to commit to the fundraising as we aim to make as big an impact as possible.
Your donations can help in the following ways;

Help provide stationary, backpack, and shoes for one underprivileged student.
AUD 100
Help provide a classroom upgrade for one elementary student in a class of 30 students in an impoverished school.
AUD 150
Help provide English as Foreign Language (EFL) and Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math, and Humanity (STEAM-H) delivery for one grade 4-6 student for three years in remote areas
AUD 220
Help provide EdTech and Remedial Literacy & Numeracy delivery for one grade 1-6 student in underserved communities.
